    He ducked Pac 2009 THE WORLD CALLED FOR THE FIGHT AFTER PAC DESTROYED COTTO

    he could of fought a prime atg who was regarded as the better fighter that that time by the majority and he also held the title p4p king it was a clear duck

    he later admitted he was smart to avoid pac and he did it for his health

    so if he never asked for testing you think the fight would of not happened :lol::lol:

    I think the fight would have happened if Pac accepted. Dude, you just admitted you don't have any evidence to back up him ducking Oscar and Shane. The only prime ATG was Pacquiao. FAIL.
