Has Mayweather mastered the art of "fighting without fighting"?

200 Amatuer fights is the equivanlent of the old school boxers who fights every other week. Plus Floyd been boxing since he was 2, but somehow Pac has fought more?

Do people ever wonder why Rigo is so damn good? hmmm could it be his 400+ amatuer fights and 3 gold medals? HMmm...

Now the OPs is going to MIA. And then come back a few days later raising the standards on Floyd with a new alt. Typical day at ESB. Next thing you know would be how many language can Floyd speak. pac knows 1 and a half!

He'll continue to do it. He's in absolutely no hurry to stop receiving $40+ million payouts while fighting credible enough opposition to keep him P4P #1 as long as he sees fit. It's about the money, but you'll never see him fighting a guy who isn't top 3 in a division or at least Top 10 P4P overall if it fits. He's on top of the world right now.

 

If you mean by staying on top by carefully managing his career then yes:thumbsup.He's a good fighter,but an even better manager.

 

He's brilliant to watch. He spaces out "events" in a manner that keeps him fresh (in a variety of ways) and people interested.

 

If Manny really "fights" so much more than Floyd then his form would be just as good but it is not, footwork would be just as good instead of just darting in and out, and his defense will consist more than just ear muff bob left and right.

If it wasn't for Manny's god gifted speed and power, he wouldn't make it this far.

You look at Floyd's form and then you look at Manny. It is clear as day that Floyd has much more experience than Pac.

LMFAO, you really think Bruce Lee was a bad ass in real life? What a joke. He was a ballroom dancer and that's why he was so good at choreographing fights on the screen. The only real footage of him fighting was a lame tournament in long beach if I remember correctly.

 

43 fights at 35 y/o when most of the other elite guys are close to 30 with under 30 fights.

Just because you just started watching doesn't mean it didn't happen.
