Has McGregor's resume just started to look even weaker?

Given the fact his best ever win was just destroyed in more impressive fashion by Edgar. I guess it all comes down to on the night but some may winder if he is just a hype job.

Possibly but I still think Mendes is good, there are just questions about his punch resistance. The reality is the only people to have ever beaten Mendes are all time greats and ConMac.

Mac's at least B level as Siver, Poirer etc aren't bums. The people he's beaten have been in the UFC for years.

He's been fed a steady diet of non contenders to his run at his fake title. I saw nothing in the Mendes/Mcgregor fight to dissuade me from the belief that a prepared Mendes would have stopped him.
Yes Edgar is the better fighter, the UFC wanted no part of a fight with him and their hypejob.

    Agreed. :good

    1) Conor is a HUGE FW. So Mendes was at a huge disadvantage, especially seeing as he only had two weeks to train form him (clearly out of shape).

    2) People underestimate Edgar's toughness. That kid is NO joke!

Conor is a hype job. His resume has more holes in it than a dartboard.
