He's fought guys i'd consider better than floyd at 147 (forrest at 47, winky at 54), but not a fighter with floyd's style or single-shot speed.

Forrest and Winky aren't as good as Floyd, they just beat Mosley ... those guys lost to fighters that Mosley beat ... it's a matter of circumstance ... Winky is a one handed fighter and Forrest wasn't durable.
