this is usually shane's biggest advantage over opponents. i'm not sure he's faster then berto, and the year layoff won't help. i can't recall an opponent shane's fought that's faster then him. not sure if will be use to using timing to counter speed.
Nope, Mosley in his prime was moving at lightspeed, he was ridiculously fast. Even right now he's still fast.
Berto is not a great fighter, unless Shane decides to revisit his form against Mayorga, he will probably KO Berto.
Berto has fast hands, but he needs to move his feet more. If he stands around in the pocket like he did against Collazo I think Shane disposes of him rather quickly.
collazo timed berto's punches. i will admit that when they announced this fight, in lv, berto look a little on the heavy side. his twitter page always takes about partying and clubs.
berto also has not faced anyone as fast as mosley either. on paper mosley is more diverse and can do more things, but you wonder with age if he can still turn back the clock. i was not terribly impressed with berto-urango. if that's the berto showing up then mosley should have no problem even if it's the mosley that fought mayorga
