For what exactly? I'm not joining a yoga class, I just want to include some of the basic exercises. Isn't it strange that I take things so seriously and you don't, while you are the person who could actually have a future in boxing? ;)

i've done yoga since my teens and it compliments the prep for my dancing. it improves your balance and keeps your muscles limber. it could be helpful for those who train in boxing if you get past the fact it's "girly" heh. swimming is very fun but only something i do at the beach.

:lol: It is. At the same time, you gotta have a sense of humor about things.

Oh I do mate, I don't mind you making fun of me :smoke

But one of the things you make fun of, nutrition, could actually take you to the next level. You seem to take some weird pride in having a **** diet. Just saying ;)

I would have no problem doing ballet.... but I WONT be wearing any of those costumes.:-:)lol: However I know it really helps your core strength and balance. I'm very strong, but ain't very flexible to be honest.... it can be a little embarassing when I stretch from certain positions, so I would have no problem doing it to be really honest.

When I was reading some of your tips, which I found really interesting by the way, I was wondering if you could maybe go into more depth about the herbal tea part as they're supposed to be so good for you and full of viatamins.... any more info you can give me at all?

It's not pride, it's something I joke about. I've started to clean up my act a bit.

Not so much that as that I noticed it just doesn't seem to agree with me anymore; now that I've had some time away from it. Challenging myself to be healthier.
