Has Pac has lost some speed?

    Cotto was quicker than Hatton, so he did not look so fast in comparison. That is why maybe Floyd might be fast enough to win a decision against Pacman.

    Maybe a little bit slower than he was vs HAtton, but the extra weight is to blame and it's also expected.

    I think he was respecting Cotto in the earlier rounds which is why he seemed to be wary of just throwing flurries (which is good, he showed great discipline out there), and there was also the prospect of having to go 12 rounds against a usually effective body puncher.

    When you have as much speed as Pacquiao, it's hard to gauge whether a little bit of speed is missing or not. I thought he looked as good and as fast as ever.

    I think he's lost a little speed with the extra weight which is too be expected, if he went back down to light welter he would probably be just as fast as always.

    Pacquiao hasnt lost any speed and the mans power is increasing fight by fight.
