A boxer can be compared to a painter. His stocks aren't as big when he dies. A painters work wont sell as much when he is alive.

Just like a boxer wont get his due until he dies.

i'll bet you no one single poster here was alive when pancho villa was still fighting. so we won't know how truly great villa was. but what i knew was he died young like sal sanchez and could have achieved more.

Flash Elorde probably had a better resume than Pancho Villa although I hear that Villa might have been better, kind of like comparing Sanchez and Chavez with each other.
Anyways Pac passed Villa and Elorde a long time ago in my opinion.

IMO achievement-wise he already did a couple of years ago. although he died young so we never know what he could have done if he had a full career

Don't be silly! Pancho Villa was Don Quixote's sidekick. I thought everyone knew that!

With people arguing over whether Pacquiao is already a Top 20 ATG, I think it's safe to say that most believe him to be the greatest the PI has ever produced.

Actually this guys real name was Francisco Guilledo, Pancho Villa was his
stage name. And he was a gem of a talent. However, he died young (from a
wisdom tooth extraction gone sour) and his body of work was not nearly as impressive
    as Pac's.

Pacman #1 Filipino ATG by a country mile.

Hes not only by far the best ever from the Phillipines,he is by the best out of Asia period with Fightin Harada a distant second followed by maybe Kaosai Galaxy or Jung Koo Chang.
