If you sit down and watch him fight Dimitrenko, Meehan - big tall experienced men - you see him just take these guys apart from the opening bell. A slaughter, really.

If THAT is the Parker that fights AJ, then this will be a very competitive fight.

He never had power to start with. Lots of guys come through the ranks knocking out ancient overmatched bums. Those ko's stop as soon as there is a step up in class. Take a look at Thurman. Parker has nothing that will remotely trouble AJ and will be ko'd himself.

What's the bet? What's the odds? How do you intend to bet with someone you don't know on some forum?

But what you say is exactly the opposite of what Kevin Barry teaches him and makes him practice.

I don't think dropping weight will effect his power, people clutching at straws here to justify how they can see Parker winning. It's clear as Parker has stepped up his power while OK isn't the devastating one punch power he seemed to show when facing lower level opposition.

Dimitrenko was a good looking KO but Dimitrenko was KO'ed by Pulev who is known not to be a strong puncher.

Meehan KO'ed in 1 by Danny Williams, KO'ed by Travis Walker, stopped by Rahman too, so clearly he didn't have a great chin when up against punchers and this was against a 45 year old Meehan.

Botha was 44 years old and shot, had he not stopped him it would of been embarrassing.

dimetrenko and meehan are 2 heavies known to the public so have name value but just like thousands ad thousands of fighters before them right at the end of there careers they accept paydays v prospects but go into the fights with no ambition / simply there for the payday

i thought parker looked good v dimetrenko / good feet and hands/ nice jab and showed a lot of speed .

parkers speed will cause AJ problems / many posters are underestimating how quick his hands are.

The snap seems to have been lost a tad. He whipped shots into guys before but i noticed in the Fury fight a lot of his punches were pushed out and not thrown with the same velocity as in the past.

That I agree with. It's not Parker's power that will cause Joshua problems it's his speed. Joshua all too often is a big stationary target and if Joshua makes the mistake of sitting back and countering like he all too often does early on then he's going to struggle with Parker's quick combo's.

Parker coming in lighter will definitely benefit him, he can't over power Joshua but he had beat him to the punch. It's just after he throws that's the issue for Parker, he is there to be countered.

Dont think it had anything to do with weight, more to do with step up in opposition.

Takam has a concrete jaw and Andy Ruiz also seemed very durable.

Parker is not a concussive puncher atall, people are just trying to invisage a way he can beat AJ. Go and watch round 5 of AJ v Klit, the shots Wlad hit AJ with were much harder than anything Parker has ever thrown and AJ took them.

Parker definetly has the speed advantage and AJ has a very questionable gas tank. But i think Parker knocking AJ out without AJ gassing is highly highly unlikely, his power is overrated

Hughie makes good fighters miss. Excellent fighters find a way to effectively land on Hughie. Parker's about in the middle somewhere.

Parker had power against C level opposition much like Wilder. Since he stepped up it has gone.... Not surprising. Waiting for the same to happen March 3rd with Bumsquad.
