I'd be very surprised if any of the top 10 HW at the moment weren't on something.

Agreed. Does taking banned PED mean breaking the rules? Yup, no question. Is it cheating? In the strictest sense, no, because cheating means using illegal means to gain an unfair advantage. If everyone in the HW top 20 is using PED, who has an advantage??

Wilder accused him, so chances are it'll be Wilder who is caught using, that's how it usually goes.

Yap about foreigner cheating, get caught cheating yourself.

PED's don't give you punching power or a Chin. Wlad knocked him down with a Jab. :rofl

It was the same punch that knocked Pulev out. It wasn't a jab and Sasha was never close to being stopped despite 12 rouds of beating and mauling.

I used to make fun of Povektin. IMO his comeback deserves respect and he earned it the hard way. Let's not ridicule him no more.

Probably on PEDs all his career, just found a new drug or upped his doses since losing to Wlad. Plus better harder training.

Had the same thoughts honestly. His performance spike after losing to Wlad and being of advanced age seems not natural at all. Why would he be this good all of a sudden?

Vitali and Vlad have never been on steroids. Vitali, as an amateur, had a foot injury, so he went to an MD who gave him a shot that was his mistake. Klitschkos do not need PEDS, they get their stamina from hard work and they do not get out of shape between fights..............Wilder will never fight Povetkon.................
