Has Rigondeaux done enough in pro boxing to be considered a lock for the IBHOF?

Facts, about Rigondeaux. (This is just his accomplishments in pro boxing folks)-

2. Rigondeaux won an interim world title in his 7th pro bout with an SD in a fight of the year candidate against Ricardo Cordoba. The crowd roared their appreciation down the straight after Rigondeaux- despite being drilled with a vicious uppercut that would've put Vitali to sleep, rose from the canvas and decided to trade with Cordoba rather than go in his shell as many other fighters like Amir Khan would do.

3. Nobody has since then has won a world title in 7 fights or less (and before you troll ****s start I know Kazuto Ioka won a world title in his 7th fight 3 months later but that was an actual world title and everyone knows interim world titles are better than actual world titles).

Rigondeaux has since defended his title 4 times against guys who where the consensus number one in the division and future hall of famers, if not all time greats in the shape of Willie Cassey, Rico Ramos, Teon Kennedy and Robert Marroquin- an onslaught of opponents even Carl Froch wouldn't go near.

7. He has been trying to get a fight with fellow pound for pounder Nonito Donaire who, in the two years Rigondeaux's been taking on the wave and wave of ATG's, Donaire has been fighting useless bums Fernando Montiel, Omar Navarez, Wilfredo Vazquez Jr, Jefferey Mathebula, Toshiaki Nishioka and Jorge Arce. None of which has never and will never even approach contender status.

8. Donaire's duck is even worse than Wladimir Klitschko's current ducking of Audley Harrison and Anthony Joshua as Rigondeaux has 2 goals medals and those two only have one between them.

9. Rigondeaux is prepared to accept contract offered by Donaire and his team even if it means him getting sued by his promoters, while Donaire won't accept 100 million to get in the ring with Rigondeaux. That's how much he wants to prove he's the greatest boxer on the planet
