I think I know who and that fight would be over early. I wish Jermaine would have just went after him because he could have stopped him early and not worried about stamina. Froch was definitely stunned pretty good.

Boo, that would not happen to be a certain pressure fighter Froch called out would it?:think

Jeff, why dont you and Boo go back too back slapping one another ,like i said your a bitter biased fool who has been exposed for what he is.Your prediction was WRONG get over it.I'm sick of reading this "one sided Jermain won 10 rounds" ****,it was a close fight !! I had the fight level going into the last,Taylor was obviously catching the judges eyes and ears with his flurries in the last 15 seconds of some close rounds, that along with that annoying shrieking by women (something ive never heard when attending hundreds of fights in the UK ?) everytime Taylor threw a punch was clearly influencing two of the judges scores.I've watched the fight several times since Saturday, funny how much difference it is with the sound turned down.No shrieking,no biased commentary, proves even i can be taken in by what i'm hearing rather than what i'm seeing.Froch predicted the outcome of the fight in several interviews,e said he would grind Taylo down and stop him and he did.Anyone with half a boxing brain could see that every time Froch landed clean Taylor was rocking, and for some to say Froch was nearly gone in the 3rd is a joke,Froch was caught on the temple and stunned, his head was clear and he did what any fighter with a brain would do,he took the count and got to his feet and returned fire.As for Taylor only needing to stay on his feet for 14 seconds to win, the count lasted nearly eleven seconds !!!!! and he was seriously hurt, the fight should have been stopped then.

Yeah man honestly this is what bothers me about ESB sometimes. Dudes that can't shake their biases just make up bull**** arguements as though they are actually rationally analyzing when in reality they just don't ****ing like the guy their slagging. Pisses me off cause instead of being able to have an honest discussion you end up having to scrap over **** that shouldn't be disputed. Like this "Froch got lucky" **** or "Froch wasn't in the fight until the last round". ******ed.:patsch

    Well said, O.

  8. It's possible in every single sport, soccer, basketball, American football, golf, darts, swimming, etc. etc. for it to come right down to the wire. Any game can be turned on it's head in the final seconds. Boxing is no different.

You win a game of soccer in the final second with a winning goal. Congratulations. Doesn't matter if the other team dominated the previous 89 minutes and 59 seconds or not; that team just lost.

Froch beats Taylor with 14 seconds to go. Same deal. Doesn't matter if he was winning or losing up to that point - he won, and it's the 'W' that counts; nothing else.

I don't know what my point is exactly, but there you go.

Also, to those who say Taylor dominated rounds 1-11; you need to re-watch the fight. If you think round 11 went to Taylor, you must be smoking something.

Your scoring appears to give a worrying amount of weight to running away, not throwing any punches and getting hit...

Froch beats the fight out of his opponents. You're never going to see him doing the Ali shuffle in there.

Of cause there are a thousand questions about his technique - but for a first title defence, one away from home, he finished in style. I was really amazed how much he had left in the tank to finish Taylor. He finnished in style and came out like a true champ at the end, don't take that away from him.
