    shame,as boxers i think they are very underrated,and they seem great guys too

    So he says, I will believe it when I see it. I strongly doubt it though, something will come up and he will back out as usual, like he's been doing for the last 3+ years. He is supposed to fight Sam Peter this summer, if it happens, the fight should be a fan friendly slugfest.

    I cant see that happening, though I would love to see Wlad knocked out brutally. I remember hearing one of them say, that they would never fight each other for there mothers sake or something like that, even if they would fight each other, look for a sparring match, rather than a good Heavyweight fight.

    Tyson put the heavys back on the map in the 80's Holmes was never a great attraction (beside the Conney fight) he seemed to be Ali shadow. All the big stars fought at lower weights Leonard, Hearns, Duran and Hagler. The same could be said about Marciano although Charles was great he never got near enough credit and was in Joe Louis shadow for the most part I don't think Walcott was very popular either but Marciano had a huge fan following although boxing was very popular at the time the glamour division had seen better days.

    i honestly believe david haye will be the man!! he will unite america and britain and will put heavyweight boxing on the map!!!
