True, plus I think Jennings is better than he was given credit for

For those who think Fury does have a chance, can I ask why? What does he do better than Wlad?

Turn up to press conferences in a Lamborghini dressed as Batman, then fight the Joker whilst the theme to Batman plays in the background ?

in the HW division anyone has a chance. i dont think anyone favours him in this thread but of course he has a chance. As I said personally i think he has to KO Wlad to win, which i dont think he will. Would love to see it happen tho

He's prep is the same as all heavyweight contenders now. It seems they all avoid each other because a) the Klits were / are fighting that regularly that everyone is going to get a crack at them at some point and b) they don't want to lose their place in the queue by losing a fight. It's a shame because I think the HW division has the potential to be very exciting, once Wlad goes it's going to be a free for all with the title changing 3 times a year until the cream rises.

Tyson is a live underdog. Mentality makes a big difference in combat sports, and Tyson genuinely appears to have no fear whatsoever of Klitschko. Fury's inside game could come into play too, he throws real hurtful short shots there while Klitschko just d****s himself on the opponent.

I see Fury as the biggest threat to Wladimir since Haye, and unlike Haye Tyson is going there to fight his heart out, win or lose.

The chance Fury has here is IF he can engage with Wlad on the inside.

If he can stop Wlad Clinching and closing down the chances on the inside.

Wlad has ZERO inside boxing skills, Fury knows this. Wlad's inside game is a CLINCH and that Is it.

If Fury can somehow get the openings on the inside this fight will be extremely interesting.

Evidence from Wlad's career points to him being a lot less dominant if fighters can upset his flow and land on the inside. Look at what Corrie Saunders did to him! I think Fury has the potential to be another Corrie Saunders.

Having said all that, anyone betting on this fight would expect Wlad to win via KO. We know that if Fury fails to get the ascendency then he is going out on his sword and that means getting KTFO.

I will go against the grain and say that I think fury will show us something in this fight that will surprise us all.

I think he knows he cant win a decision I think he knows wlad has one punch ko power so I think he will basically from the first bell just have it out with him push him back lean all over him and really rough him up on the inside , fury is stronger than wlad his inside game is far superior so this Is his only chance of winning, people keep saying Tyson has a weak chin he has been floored by monster shots which would keep most men down but he has got straight up and forced a stoppage himself, the man is hard to beat by all accounts, every time wlad has gone down he has lost!

I think it will be very interesting and if Tyson get on top early I think he wins. Wlad;s losses have been from pressure fighters and that is exactly what fury is. If fury tries to outbox wlad he losses simple if he stands toe to toe he losses but has a chance of winning if he pushes wlad back makes it ugly and works on the inside he wins he has a very good chance.

Tyson has never had to take a fight serious until now in the past he has not trained , ****ed about during the fight, the only fight that he has taken seriously he beat a man pillar to post and didn't even take a punch and that boxer went 12 with vitali and gave haye a test for 5 rounds, Tyson played with him like a toy!

Win lose or draw whats guaranteed is that wlad will be in a fight like he has not had for years!

That is the complete opposite of what he is. He fights on the back foot when against a semi-live opponent. The only fighter he put pressure on was Cunningham because he was a blown-up CW and he nearly got KTFO in that fight.

It's insulting to Sanders - who was a LEGIT world class HW - that you reckon Fury can do what he did!

Fury BOTTLED IT from DAVID PRICE! Wlad is going to smoke this kids boots.

Think what people are saying on here is that Fury has no chance - not a PPV fight and I will be watching on German TV.:lol:

Fury is delusional, all this 'i will knock you spark out' talk, Fury doesn't knock opponents spark out, and looking at the press conference today Tyson Fury is aging quickly, 26 going on 45, Vlad may be going grey, but Fury's head is starting to look like a Kinder egg...Roll on the 24th.

Fury is not an athlete, Wlad is.

He hasn't fought any big names in the division so he's really up against it.

I'm backing him fully but expect a late stoppage by Wlad.
