Has there ever been a fighter who visibly improved before our eyes like Pacquiao?

Pacquiao sued Mayweather for defamation. And won. Canelo and JMM both threatened to sue their accusers, but didn't follow through. Hmm. Wonder why. Pacquiao's been VADA-tested and hurt/dropped all opponents in those fights. Clean Pacquiao is supposed to have zero power, right? Oh, and he's enrolled in the VADA Clean Boxing Program which can and will randomly test throughout the year. Can I say that Pacquiao is clean w/ absolute certainty? No. But looking at everything, he's clean as can be in professional boxing. Love how you declare JMM innocent until proven guilty, but you won't extend that same gesture towards Pacquiao.

USADA made some rebuttals. Whoop dee doo. They can say whatever they want. They certainly do whatever they want. Where are they now? Have they even tested boxers since Pacquiao-Mayweather? And boxers themselves (Winky Wright, Danny Garcia) have complained about the shadiness of USADA. USADA suspended BJ Penn for IV use under the care of a doctor. Why did the WBC go w/ VADA when USADA had been used for so long? Why didn't USADA sue Hauser for such allegedly gross inaccuracies? Why did USADA destroy tests in the Winky-Quillin fight?

And Mayweather accused McGregor of cheating w/ IV fluids. OOPS.

Watch the weigh in video. Mayweather can be seen chugging water from a large bottle. Later that night, he's in joyful spirits doing an interview with Ben Thompson eating and... drinking water. How did Mayweather become severely/chronically dehydrated from the time he chugged water at the weigh in? Did he spar 30 hard rounds or run 20 miles after the weigh in? Did I mention that Mayweather accused McGregor of cheating w/ IV fluids? Did Mayweather reject VADA testing? Yes, he did. Did Mayweather reject a $10 million dollar per dirty test penalty that Pacquiao asked for? Yes, he did.

Like I said, you bring nothing to the table.

They're not excuses if they're facts. JMM hired a PED expert and the boxing world (not just Pacquiao fans) noted his physical transformation. Then a few fights later, his body was riddled w/ acne. Floyd received illegal IV fluids. If these things never happened, then nothing could be said of those fights. Just like nobody would be able to discredit Margarito's win over Cotto if there had been no glove controversy.

I brought forward a 25 page document. But you wouldn't even open it, ya fanboy. Scared of seeing what you might find inside?
You cherry pick facts to fit your narrative.

I opened it and read through some of it. USADA can say whatever they want to say. The fact that they didn't sue speaks volumes especially if they had 25 pages worth of corrections. Only person to move forward with action to clear his name was Pacquiao.

I have clearly demonstrated corruption on USADA's end.

Answer my questions. Don't be afraid.

Well I have the excuse for his next loss ready: he's as old as Moses in boxing terms.

Frankly its a wonder he can still box let alone at the top level.

As Erik Morales said about JMM and Manny's last fight,,,,the Mexican pharmacy was better than the Philipino pharmacy this round.

It's a shame that we can't have a civilized discussion without making this into a fanboy war.
As great as it is to see Pac improve his game there's been lots of fighters that have also changed over the years. Roberto Duran, Pernell Whitaker, Marco Antonio Barrera, Bernard Hopkins, the list goes on.

You clearly demonstrated what? That Pac sued? That is not proof.

And what questions need to be answered? Not that your bias ass would accept any answers

Ans much for that Pacquiao defamation case:

To sue for slander, Pac would have had to prove that what Floyd said was false and that would have opened Pac up to a position where he would need to prove that he was clean. I don't think a guilty person would run that risk. Canelo and JMM both threatened to sue, but didn't.

    Are you slow?

    Keep ignoring my questions, loser

Yea he never dominated Marquez that doesn't mean he's not a great fighter. Still the best pound for pound fighter I've seen in my lifetime. But this idea of Pacquiao drastically improving throughout his career is not true. He started out really green at Flyweight, but by the time he was at 126 pounds he stopped improving and just hit a plateau until around the Margarito fight and from that point on he started losing his speed and got tired faster and couldn't dominate larger fighters like he used to.

He didn't dominate Marquez or Morales (until Morales was drained), but he was able to dominate guys at the higher weight classes like Cotto and Hatton. But that's because those guys are 5 times worse fighters than Morales and Marquez.
