Has there ever been an athlete who's retired for 2 years and come back better?

Castillo has a good chin, it isnt anywhere near granite, most of his losses have come by KO.

This verson of floyd would stop castillo easy.

Ali, Foreman and Leonard were all inferior to there prime selves. Ali no longer had his legs and layed on the ropes, thus his parkinsons. Foreman looked for one shot KO power, when in his prime he was a great swarmer. Leonard besides Hagler really didnt do anythign special in his comeback, besides getting a gift against Hearns and beating a shot Duran.

The "pull-counter" as you call is new to Floyd arsenal. If it isnt show where he has used it before.

Floyds reflexes are as good as they;ve ever been. Physically he's much stronger then he's ever been.

The pull back counter is what he adapted after he started using less footwork.

retired means sitting on your ass getting fat and not doing anything. Floyd was definitely training and keeping himself in top physical shape during his 'retirement' months.

He has looked brilliant though against 2 35+ fighters though.

Are you new to watching Floyd fight?

He's always been good at this. The pull-counter has long been a Floyd speciality. He's been doing this move for many years.

These are just a few of the many examples of Floyd countering a jab with the right.

He took all the PEDS in those two years he retired, then to not make the field even, he is demanding PEDS testing for everyone. He already roided up and does not want others to roid up as well.

 I haven't looked at the video's yet, but I'm betting Floyd vs. Gatti is on here...over and over again. That was painful to see.

I wouldn't say 33 is ancient in boxing terms at all. Alot of fighters are at their best in their 30s. And I think those 2 years off did Mayweather some good, cause his body needed R&R.
