Wards resume is very good but has he ever fought anyone that has speed and slickness? His style has worked against guys like Froch and Kessler, but how would he handle a less predictable and quicker fighter?

He's Andre Ward, so I'll go out on a limb and say he'd be perfectly fine.

No he and Dirrell ducked each other.

He will get a boxing lesson from superior technicians such as James DeGale, George Groves and Rocky Fielding :yep

IDK, crowning Ward as an elite fighter without seeing him against a slick black fighter is premature. Awkward guys like Bika and Boone really gave him trouble, imagine if those guys had speed and defense...

I think Froch, Kessler, and Abraham are all good fighters, but they are not elite movers, and they are slow and predictable. Ward built his resume off euro fighters, and I just don't see his style working against everyone.

Does the slick fighter have to be black? I stopped reading after that.

Andre Dirrell asked for more money from Showtime/Super Six to continue on against Ward for "Round 3" after he beat Abraham. When they held him to his contract, he simply sought out Dr. Shaw Hi and decided to retire from a brain injury. Now, magically, brain injury doesn't exist and he's back fighting. Hmm...

    After KTFO6, they all disappeared.

I was hoping we would be so lucky this go around. But no. It seems to have had the opposite affect. Only riled em up and got em mad.

He's got the winner of DeGale v Dirrell right there, if he can still make 168lbs.

....and part of the reason why Dirrell ducked is because Ward steadfastly refused to be anything other than the home fighter. Shock.
