Look, I do think Ward IS the best smw right now, smw is a poor division atm and Ward clearly has a higher level of skill compared to people like Froch and kessler, the problem is, he's one dirty, boring mfer, a round stealer and not a fighter, and that kind of qualities hardly impress the judges.(Unless the judges are fellow countrymen ofc)

So there's a chance that if Ward fights abroad he'll end up losing due to his style and trademark dirtyness, but the concept of point deduction is alien to him as of now, and we know why.

Ward needs to fight abroad and prove he can win without the home advantage, that way we could see if he's as effective when he's not rabbit punching and hugging people to death.

but to answer the thread question: no I dont think he has the courage:-(

I didnt like the fact Ward was fighting in his backyard all the time long before the tourney came to and end, infact it was one of the main issues brought up on boxing sites

Ok, in that scenario with Froch winning three fights in a row that would put him at 36 maybe. If Ward is still on top 2 years from now, and probably at 175 would a fight with an aged Froch who he already dominated make any sense? I'm all for opportunity and making fights as a fan, however I see the business aspect of the fight game as well and I think under those condiitons, Ward-Froch 2 would be a tough sell.

You never answered my question. Did you care to see Ward fight abroad BEFORE the Super 6?

I watched the Froch-Wardfight and I did not exactly see the comprehensive domination everybody is saying.

That was one hell of an ugly fight. Posters here cal lit in-fighting tactic but that was not exactly in-fighting.

it was more like "we clinch, then I make a separation move, while throwing my punch".

And that idiot announcer was saying Froch was stunned. WTF?

I would actually describe it as OUTHUSSLED rather than outboxed.

  13. great great post

I watched it too. As horrible as it was. My vagina dick was bleeding from the boring ****ness Ward displayed

But i rewatched it and All I saw was a extremely ugly fight

it was so hard to tell what Ward did, all he did was clinch clinch clinch
rub his dirty diseased head on Froch's chest, clinch clinch
    jab

    right hand
    clinch. Poor Carl

He copied a lot of Mayweather moves actually.

The excessive bending over to reach for a body jab, the elbow to use as separation.

It was like watching lesser version of mayweather.

I actually was unable to finish the entire fight. That fight has more hugging than the porns I watch.

The lines are drawn what fights I could tolerate - it should not have more hugging than porn.
