Has Ward the courage to go fight Froch in England?

As odd as the fact that some say Froch never landed a telling punch,yet Ward finished the fight looking like his head had been hit by a truck.

Ward fought brilliantly,and won clearly (8,3,1 on my scorecard),but according to some,he beat Froch senseless.

 

Your're right, Ward is no Ottke. This era is very weak at SMW. Froch was beaten by Kessler who the old champ Calzaghe beat at 36, when Kessler was a prime undefeated champ, rather than the double vision suffering version, which is Wards best win.

As said Ward is no Ottke and hasnt done nearly as much

Consider how A Ward is raved about. Ward has had 24 fights, by this time Ottke had made 11 defences.
If Johnson beats Froch he will be in the S6 finals and if Ward was to beat Johnson it would be considered a big win, but Ottke beat Johnson at SMW back in 99.

Consider how Hopkins MW reign is thought to be special yet Ottke had more SMW title victories than Hopkins had MW victories and overall fought better opposition

He surely did not break it while hitting an opponent and idoubt even a punching bag would cause his pitted patter punches broken hands.

Ward wont fight Froch in England but he will in his back yard. If i remember rightly Froch was coming on strong in the final rounds.. I still think Froch had a **** night and a rematch will be alot closer this time round.
