Adam Kownacki crushed Gerald Washington in 2 rounds and Artur Szpilka in 4, it took Wilder 5 rounds and 9 rounds respectively to do the same and in both fights he was losing at some point and having trouble.

Kownacki also went 10 rounds with Charles Martin who Anthony Joshua destroyed in 2 rounds and was seen as a weak fight for him. Can we gather than Charles Martin by default is a better fighter now than both Washington and Szpilka? Two of Wilder's biggest wins.

Luis Ortiz has also gone 20 rounds (19 1/2) rounds with two totally average fighters in his last two fights.

Wilder's resume was always paper thin so its quite hard to argue it has "taken a hit". It was never anything to begin with.

It took a hit after he lost to Fury for sure.

Not really considering Szpilka was coming of an 18 month layoff and a brutal knockout loss to Wilder while Washington was basically carried by Wilder for a couple of rounds, since it was such a huge mismatch.

The Fury fight on the other hand was actually good for his resume even though it was scored a draw, since other than Stiverne in 2015 and Luis Ortiz his resume is lacking in quality fighters.

Boxing isn't mathematics. All these fights took place in different circumstances.
As for Wilder's resume, it has always been somewhat questionable. It's not so bad right now, however it can't be compared to AJ's.
