People who use that logic will never understand boxing, they're re unteachable..lol You dont learn boxing you have to know boxing! Anyone who actually thinks Takam who has a great chin was 235 in great shape ( he was nearly 255 for Povetkin and sluggish) and harder to hit for overly tall guys has anything to do with Wilder are complete buffoons. Lets take into account a 2 week adjustment Joshua had to make while rarely even sparring anyone under 6'3 and a head butt which made him more cautious as well. wilder will not stand his ground center ring and go off the back foot which plays right into joshua's hands. So lets recap here...Joshua wins EVERY rnd against Takam ( i think the judges felt weird ,so they gave a rnd to Takam..lol ) on the flip side Wilder can barely handle a similar fighter Stiverne and gets hit flush alot besides winning comfortably right? How come Joshua doesnt get points for Stivernes toughness making Wilder go 12? This is the game were playing right? So now wilder will ride off of Joshuas one sided wins if they go late rnds maybe even the distance right? O. K then.....
I think people saw someone who did not look like a dominant HW kingpin and maybe those people, likely Wilder fans or Joshua haters, are trying to express that Joshua maybe wouldn't win 99 times out of 100 vs. Wilder. And of course with this being an internet forum that turns into "Wilder kicks Joshua's arse!"
