Why would I put Calzaghe ahead of Kessler? Kessler has a better jab, is stronger, better footwork and defense, and punches with more authority. But hey, I'm no expert, I'm just a guy with an opinion. Hopefully these two will fight each other and we can see who's better.
I can see Cotto and Hatton being on the fringes of peoples top 10s but not in them. But he doesn't have Pacman in there....thats not cool.
I personally don't put a whole lot of stock in guys who don't have great boxing skills(I learned my lesson after the Lacy debacle). Neither Hatton or Cotto are great defensive fighters, and neither have a great jab. Cotto relies too much on his left hook, and Hatton throws too many off balance shots(If you notice Pac isn't in my top 10 either). Both Cotto and Hatton, as well as Pac, are damn good fighters, they just don't have the skillset for which I place alot of value.
Sure his resume isn't the greatest, but ability wise you cannot dismiss the idea of putting him 3rd, or 2nd or even 1st.
