Has Wlad's chin turned into steel now?

    This is a phenomena in boxing that actually does occur. After being knocked down enough, some fighters just evolve and get accustomed to strong shots.

    Wlad has never been down as champion, and has not been knocked down in 16 title fights in 8 years.

    Sure, Wlad has improved defensively but his chin has learned from Vitali to turn into steel.

    No.

    Smarter defensively, less willing to be aggressive.

    Uses his advantages well but does come across as boring, what he does doesn't exactly excite but is effective.

    His chin is still garbage, he was rocked by Haye in the 12th and also by Wach. He just knows how to survive now.

    To be fair, if Haye caught anyone clean they'd certainly know about it.

    It was not a clean shot. It was just a arm punch and Wlad was still hurt. If Haye would have caught him full power Wlad would have gone down for good.

  9. :deal vladimir could not take a shot from Haye.

    Your love for Wlad is not healthy. Show me one example where WLad got hit in these 8 years and was not wobbled. He still can't take a punch. That is why he takes easy fights and still jabs and grabs.

    This is not crazy a lot of fighters get ko early and their chin get better. But it's usually very young fighters and because of being weight drained.?

    First of all, it has never been weak; average, at least;
    secondarily, it is a well known phenomenon between who knows **** about boxing, chin is really slow to develop, it is still immature until 25 years old, some years after, some years before, depending on the fighter; but keep in mind, brain isn't still fully developed until 23-25 years old, for everyone, including you and me;
    it seems to really peak around 35 or even a couple years later.

    Aren't you the guy who claimed Wlad wasn't in his "chin prime" when he fought Brewster, Purrity & Sanders? :rofl:lol::patsch
