His opponent is Juan Carlos Burgos who I've never heard of, but is sporting a pretty good record.

    Anybody seen Burgos before?

Rojas is injured so relinquishes his belt I guess.

Heard of Burgos but never seen him.

Gonna blindly back Hasegawa though, of course.

Well hes been killing himself for years make 118. He had to lose about 10kg so about 20lbs each fight to make bantam. So he shou ld be fine coming up in weight.

Burgos is the nephew of Victor Burgos, he was ko'd by Darchinyian a few years ago and had to retire due to brain swelling or a blod clot. Anyway, JC Burgos from what I remember is a legitimate threat to Hasegawa. He's a bit slow and green, but he can hit hard. This looks like a real tough fight for Hasegawa, but if he can box effectively without getting tagged cleanly, he can win. It's not that he doesn't have a good beard, it's that JC Burgos is a big featherweight that can hit and Hasegawa is a bantamweight making a big jump up in weight.
