Think Hasgawa will be too quick for the mexican equivalent of Kelly Pavlik! Unless of course he's too small at feather or his confidence hasn't fully recovered. What thinks the Brit forum?
Thats how I see it. Burgos looks a bit plodding to me. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtoyjpWk73I&feature=&p=B6A7694EF2BB862D&index=0&playnext=1[/ame]
Well, I'm not 100% but it's on Friday night in Japan, which is ahead of us. I'm thinking it'll be on Friday morning, around the 10am timeframe. Can anybody confirm this?
don't think its the forgone conclusion allot of the HH fans (I am one myself) will assume. HH is coming of a big KO loss and is moving up 10lbs agaisnt a career Super Feather.
yep 10am gmt Japan tv tunes in for the Hasegawa fight thats 7pm in Japan Tajbert vs Aoh will be around 9.15am gmt
Don't know anything about Burgos, But I'm (obviously) supporting Hasegawa. I'm really looking forward to Tajbert vs Aoh as well.
I think this Burgos is unbeaten as well. I'm just glad to see Hasegawa is out again. Really enjoy watching him. Hopefully that power he found towards the end of his time at bantam carries up with him. The undercard bout looks good as well with Ao and the German.
This is coming up in a few hours. What I've read is that both co-features (Tajbert vs. Aoh and Hasegawa vs. Burgos) are being shown in the UK on Sky at 5am EST - that's 10 for you Brits. :good Edit: just saw above about Tajbert-Aoh being at 9:15...so they'll be showing it on delay after the main event, perhaps? Or does the Sky broadcast actually start before 10?
You're thinking of Victor Burgos, in that very brave loss (in the spirit of Murray-Buckland). Juan Carlos Burgos is Victor's nephew and is a higher class than his uncle. He had his coming out party earlier this year when he came out on top in a tough scrap with top journeyman Juan Carlos Martinez. That was contested at super featherweight and Burgos looked massive even then - "like a light welterweight" was my comment calling it live. Just due to the size and right-hand power alone, I'm a bit worried about Hozumi here, even though he has the edge in several important categories (speed, skill, ring experience, and specifically world-class experience).
