Rahman is seeking to remain the No. 1 rank contender on WBA list.

If he wins. He will face Povetkin.

Go The Rock. So happy about it. :bbb:deal:good:happy

I see McCline is fighting on the same card maybe Holyfield, Williamson, and Bowe will be added before its all over. Rahman facing McCline might be semi-interesting but I understand the soft touches. If Rahman has a shot with Povetkin lined up he isn't riksing it and McCline doesn't want his future payday fight(s) derailed either.

    True true.

The promoter for the fights is actually Povetkin's manger. Looks like Rahman IS defently fighting Povetkin next.

Rahman was washed up 4-5 years ago.

How do these people keep getting chances??

Dont get me wrong. 7-8 years+ ago he wasa top class contender.

    But now???

Povetkin is trained by Teddy Atlas. Povetkin will have a flawless gameplan and Rahman will be totally owned. Rahman will be Atlased like a mofo

Povetkin vrs. Rahman is a total yawn. Not competitive at all. But decent K2 prep for Povetkin.

Yeah that is true. But look at the current HW division? Rahman is still a top contender, whatever people like it or not. Plus he is also one og the biggiest name out there.

Yeah he will like the next Mike Tyson. NOT! Povetkin sucks big time. Maybe Rahman has a chance, maybe not.

Atlas is a good trainer, but he cant help Povetkin became great or even good I would say.

Is he fighting in front of the politburo for no money too?

Honestly, if they think fighting a novice like this is going to create some sort of Rocky story they're out of their minds and take us for mugs

Yeah let us see him against Fury. No way. Fury sucks. That wont be competetative at all. Even Rahman would KO Fury.
