I thought Rahman was unlucky to only get a draw in that one. Tua was fortunate there.

In any event, I can't see Rahman beating Liston.

Having Hasim Rahman in a top 40 is not that crazy, I mean both of his draws against Tua and Toney are basically wins. On top of that he has a win over an atg like Lennox, a good heavyweight like Corrie Sanders and the decent contenders like Meehan and Monte Barret.

No, he was a very good/possible great HW who beat alot of good fighters. I cant see him beating Liston but he might make a fight out of it.

Liston is an all-time great heavyweight, he was rangy with a fantastic jab, great power and under-rated boxing skills. Rahman's right hand shot on Lewis has carried his career. Without that one shot he wouldn't be where he is now.

    Liston by KO early.

Liston by KO, around the 5th or 6th round. Rahman could make this fight very interesting if he shows up in his best shape, keeps his hands high and works his jab against Liston.
