Finally...hopefully Haskins can finally pick up a few belts this year and kick on, he could easily challenge for a world title at some point.

    Good fight.

Why did McDonnell relinquish the title, does Yamanaka have to make his mandatory defense?

McDonnell-Cazares is going to purse bids I believe as an eliminator for one of the belts. Exactly the type of fight Jamie needs IMO before challenging for one of the belts and one that I'm really looking forward to seeing.

He's gone a similar path to Munroe and it's one I'd advocate for most British boxers. Proving he's the best domestically, then getting meaningful European fights before a true World class test in anticipation of a World title fight.

    WAR McDonnell!!!

Would love to see Cazares travel to these shores he would probably be the best foreign boxer we have seen on these shores since MAB. I'm trying to think of a well renowned established fighter who isn't passed it like MAB that has come over in the last 4/5 years but I'm struggling to think of any. If that happens if they put the fight somewhere decent I think I will have to buy tickets.

Tell me about it, considering there is a strong following of the Sport on these shores we have serious lack of World Class Boxing when compared to other strong Boxing markets like the States, Mexico, Germany, Canada, Japan etc. Probably down to poor promoting, poor domestic fighters and xenephobia of any fighters that aren't British.

There's no EBU super-fly title, they jump straight from fly to bantam.
