Anybody else notice how distorted/shrunken his left bicep has been in recent fights. Google some photos and see for yourself. Has he had surgery? It looks very bad...:huh

Happened against Zuniga. He had an option for surgery or just rest/rehab and he chose the latter. Apparently getting surgery makes the tendon susceptible to break again. He claims to have "no negative sensations in his arm".
Looks like he tore it, probably hyperextended it some sort of way. This injury is usually associated with over stressing the muscle with weight training. Don't think it will hinder him in any way as long as it healed properly.
The French on netboxe.com say this is the first fight in years where he comes in "fully healed with a full training camp".
Non-issue, really, if the only adverse effect is aesthetic, rather than impacting his performance. :conf
Surely THAT degree of physical deformity of a major muscle ( particularly crucial to a boxer) Cannot occur wothout at least SOME loss of performance? Put another way, if you went to your doctor with your arm looking like that ....and he dismissed your concerns as being purely aesthetic, ......would you go home happy?
This picture proves my thoughts he was infected as young child with some sort of human enhancing toxins.. Which gave him super human recuperation, and chin resistance..
in my view his has some severe bicep tear at the tendon in the past during recovering there has been significant shortening of the bicep muscle and the tendon is still quiet weak from the picture this wouldnt really effect him much unless he was weight training i think. he would have hard work intitating elbow contraction when the arm is neat 180 degrees but as it moves through the motion the power of the bicep will take over i don't really know if this would be a disadvantage while boxing, imo it wouldn't
