Round 6

HNN moves from side to side very quickly in jerky motions, unleashing jabs on his way and moving his head as AK tries to time his steps and wing hard haymakers at him. HNN lands a good hook while spinning Oral in place. HNN bouncing all over the ring whlie AK keeps pressing in a straight line. AK catches up to him and lands a good right hand up high, then one to the body.

 

Round 7

HNN hops to the ropes and trots the perimeter until AK cuts him off and starts gunning for his body, at which point HNN jabs his way by and leaves an uppercut for AK to chew on. HNN is just too fast for AK to stay on consistently. AK is incredibly determined and keeps hustling forward with power punches despite his face now showing the effects of HNN's counterpunching. HNN himself still has blood flowing from his cheek.

 

Round 8

HNN working the body well now, sacrificing his height a bit by dipping at the knees and trading with AK at his own level. HNN has the faster hands and is therefore getting better of the exchanges but is also getting hit himself as AK can find his chin a bit easier now. HNN continues to land flashy power punches like the fadeaway uppercut as the zombie AK keeps seeking out his brains. Another hard overhand right smacks HNN in the lip.

 

Round 9

HNN backs up and springs a trap on AK by stepping forward with a big right hand lead. AK clings to him and pushes against him with his right forearm, hitting with his left. HNN gets out of there and AK gives chase with a hard-pumping right hand. HNN is on the ropes and AK shoeshines him. More step-back uppercuts and other fancy offensive maneuvers from HNN but he is slowing down and throwing less as he moves. Khurtsidze grabs and shakes him up.

 

Round 10

HNN prances and throws lead rights while AK flails at his body. Their heads come together a few times as it gets ugly. Fadeaway uppercut lands for HNN. Chopping overhead hook lands for AK. Several power shots land for AK with HNN leaning on the ropes. HNN looks tired now. AK doesn't. HNN is starting to miss his coutners.

That's two rounds in a row for AK.

 

Round 11

AK is waking into right hand leads but shrugging them off, his gaze fixed on HNN with murderous intent. BIG hook lands for HNN. AK keeps coming at him and gets into a clinch with HNN holding his back with both arms. AK starts teeing off like crazy at short range with high hooks. A few bounce off HNN but he gets back into a countering rhythm shortly. AK taking a lot of shots, while HNN turns him. There is a lot of wrestling over the last minute.

 

Round 12

AK comes out hard with a 1-2 designed to end a career. HNN avoids it but loses his mouthpiece. Once back in, they start clubbing at each other with HNN still loose and fast on his feet but AK deceptively quick in finding him no matter where he runs and smashing his way inside with both fists. HNN is carried from one set of ropes to the next and has his chin turned with hard punches from the little Georgian. What a surge by Khurtsidze. HNN survives.
