7-5 N'jikam....N'jikam is gassed...mouth piece is out, buying time...N'jikam now boxing beautifully...but he gets rocked and has to cover up on the ropes...Khurtsidze ends things with a flurry...too little too late....GREAT fight...I have no idea how they lasted the pace.

    117-111 might be too wide.

    Might be?

Tbh I'm a bit surprised at least one of the judges didn't give it to Khurtsidze. I wasn't impressed by N'Jikam at all tonight.

I thought he looked great...just a tough F'ing fight....I think he deffinitely proved he's a world class fighter with great endurence and toughness...he made a fan of me tonight.

I definitely had it close though...115-113 in th end...I would have been pissed if the Georgian got it but I also wouldn't have been suprised to see a draw or him ahead on one of the cards.

I agree and I personally don't think it's a stretch to have scored the fight for Khurtsidze.

N'Dam is a talented fighter, no doubt. But he has really poor defense and from the looks of it not the best set of whiskers. It'll be interesting seeing how he holds up against Govolkin, Pirog, and Lemiuex (and vice versa).

Hassan has looked better, but Avtandil is tough to look too good against if you're a mover and counter-puncher. He's just too persistent and too rough (and can't be hurt).

I actually had it 6 rounds all but thought Khurtsidze had a better argument in the rounds I gave to N'Jikam than the other way round.

I'm with you in being impressed with his toughness and endurance but thought he threw to many arm punches and got caught too easily. I'm not saying he was rubbish or anything though, just I expected more and there are a few middleweights I'd back against him.

I agree...this wasn't going to be a look good fight it was going to be a war...how people can **** on a guy after putting on a performance like that is beyond me....yes he didn't win every round easily...sorry he doesn't have the power to hurt a brick wall moving forward...I'm not sure what people are looking for but that was a great performance.
