    Dam. Higa is relentless. Kind of reminds me of something in between Golovkin/Ruslan. Not on Golovkin's level but way better defensively than Ruslan, and better ring IQ.

    Higa a little wild, Higa pins him along ropes, lands uppercut, he goes down again, he makes it back up, Juan firing hard hooks to the body trying to keep Higa off, now one twos, Higa corners him unloads, he slips away, Higa pins him again, lands uppercut, Higa gets him along the ropes lands several blows to the ribs, he goes down again, he makes it back up, Higa gets him along ropes, down he goes once more. He makes it back up for the second time. Down he goes again for the 3rd time, Drakulich mercifully waves it off at the bell.

    I have high hopes for Higa if he isn't a 135 Brandon Rios type guy where he's just massive so he can take punches and destroy people with his size. If he is massive for his weight, then there could be issues when he moves up. He is extremely reliant on his power.

    Higa and his trainer are like anime characters lol. His trainer with the okinawa afro(he was apparently a world champ who defended 13 times), and Higa who has a very different attitude and personality than your typical Japanese fighter.

    They just showed the 12th round of Ken Shiro vs Lopez. It was an insane toe to toe round. Probably worth watching the whole fight.
