Nationalism and RACISM arent the same thing. If a Russian is fighting say a nigerian and it's televised in the US. Racist fools will be hugging according to skin color, that's not the same as a Euro white guy geeting the same press as a US white guy.

hate to say it but you're an idiot. this isn't going to be a race war...Rahman maskaev wasn't...neither was liakhovich briggs, or ibragimov briggs or Klitschko vs. brewster. just a fight. stop trying to stir up trouble.

And the funny thing about Rahman vs Maskaev is the that Rahman paid that ****ing clown to heckle Oleg the whole time in turn turning the press conference somewhat racist in saying..."go back to where you come from" and ..."major ***** from USSSR" yeah that idiot added and extra "S" in USSR.

Yeah but in this situation its one in the same. A black american isnt going to do it. Its about skins color. Ill will ask you one question then Im done. Who got more hype in their fight with L. Lewis, Vitali, or Rahman??? It was clearly Vitali, and he didnt win that is racism, the fact that Mesi is more know as a boxer then Wlad is Nationalism. People thinking that you need a White American to save boxing is both.

I think you have you're opinion/view and you're stuck to it.

I think you just said Mesi is more known than Wlad???:huh :huh :huh

For what sub-dural hemotoma's:lol: Wlad would send Baby joe straight back into retirement AT BEST and back to the Hospital at worst. I really believe that Wlad would have more Americans supporting him over Mesi. they are both of the same "color", so the racism aspect doesnt really come into play.

As for LL vs Vitali?? Neither was American but by that point?? LL had won over many American fans and was the Champ, the hype was based more on Racism or dislike for Lewis. Racism had **** to do with Vitali losing, the cut above his eye is what caused him to lose.

Rahman?? Dude got sent through the ropes by Maskaev and hardly anyone expected him to KO LL, Rahman got plenty of hype second time around and got shown the difference between HYPE and REALITY. I t ceratinly seemed that there were more americans rooting for LL than rahman.

IMO, You're trying to mix the context's and NATIONALISM and RACISM which arent the same thing and dont always aplly to any given situation, it's a case by case basis.. Personally, i could give a **** about race and there's many that feel the same, and many other IDIOTS who feel the opposite.

The American white man got soft first and certain actions have quickly catapulted this adaptation upon the American black man. The history of nation building is merely repeating itself. Nations often start strong and crude and end technical but dainty. The strong and the tough used to get the girls but now the Don Kings get them. Seriously, I heard Don King has more groupies than Lenox Lewis can even dream about.:-(

kinda true but this isnt equal to say a whit man cant say it but a black man can. people will say that a black man will say your a wigga ,honky but by no means does it mean you can say the same back. it's a culture thing not a black white thing

There aren't any more hopes...that day is gone. It's not about race anymore and it hasn't been for at least 25-30 years...There isn't a black hope...and the hope theory went away with the ignorance that created it.
