Rules & procedures have to followed, Hat Man got into a position & involved in a process he should not have done. The result of the fight cant be defended as correct & will be changed to a no contest.
You ignored the fact that he celebrated with the Peterson Team after the fight. This has raised many questions as he was working with the judges. WBA just confirmed that the rules are broken. Rematch are in Order.
If it's ruled a no contest that is a bigger disgrace to boxing then whatever "hatman" was doing. The right guy won the fight, it was still a close fight, a re-match would be fine.. but to make it a NC.. that's complete bull****, and would only show the true corruption of the sport. Hatman didn't get in the ring and beat Khan.. Peterson did. Many of us, actually a lot of us, had Peterson winning the fight.
Hatman made Peterson to win the fight by interfering or working with the judes and then celebrate with Peterson team Get that in your head!

Golden boy cant order a rematch, they can offer to promote it but they dont have the clout to make Peterson take one if he doesn't want to. If the WBA or IBF order one then he has to decide whether to fight Khan or drop the belts. If he want's Bradley or Pacquaio he will take it anyway and drop the belts. they mean little nowadays and it won't do him any harm if he has a big name to fight. I'd like to see a rematch though but this does nothing either way to bring it nearer unless one of the sanctioning bodies gets involved.
He did not come in contact with any of the judges! But yes him celebrating(just saw he was their didnt see him hugging peterson or jumping for joy) is wrong. Then again he does work for the IBF a belt peterson won so that would explain him being there Again WBA= double standard when it comes to controversy and Khan. If the IBF doesnt order a rematch then Bradley should just throw the wba title away......... Khan wont get the title and will have to face maidana for his belt. NO more super champion for the moment

Petersen won. Khan should have been DQed. Petersen will win again unless the judging is really corrupt. That boxing is corrupt is nothing new--just got caught here. Khan's glass jaw may be better, but his glass heart seems incurable.
Thats the problem, it doesnt explain him being there & he appears to be a guy with links to the Peterson team. Though he works for the IBF he had no official role in this fight. The IBF gave his the credentials to attend the fight but he was interacting with the fight supervisor & is involved with the scoring process when he had no right or reason to do so. In the 2nd half of the fight there is footage of Hat Man checking the scoresheet & handling the slips from the rounds. At the end of the 11th round he knew the score in the fight & it makes the 2nd point deduction in the 12th look even more questionable.
