Froch has heart and is a true warrior. He was behind, knocked down and never gave up. I feel bad for Taylor though.

You can hardly call Taylor gutless, fights the best guys out there and was out on his feet taking bombs in the 12th

If Froch had listened to his corner from round 1 he would have had a lot easier fight. McCracken was giving him totally correct advice, and Froch wasn't listening until the later rounds. Another bit of good advice was to tell Froch going into the 12th that he was losing and needed a good round. Compare that to the advice Gil Clancy gave to Oscar de la Hoya against Tito trinidad: "run"!.

But lets be real about it, with Calzaghe gone gone that only people that could really get him found out is Kessler and maybe Bute - and there would be no shame in that.

Being a limited slugger with great heart and chin got a lot of fighters a very long way. He is now a totally legit top 3 SMW. If he loses now so be it... but he's already got to where his ability warrants he should get to, maybe even he has acheived more than his ability warrants. There is no found out for him now.

    Fair points Liam
He most definitely is legit and deserves to be world champion tonight.
It's just that he seemed to be so easily outclassed for the first half of the fight.
