    Props to Froch. I was a fan after the Pascal fight and now i am even more. I would still favor Bute to beat him tought and i tought he was behind going in to the twelfth and that if Jermain wasn't so scared of throwing his right hand it could've been a short night for Carl but he showed great heart and chin and did what he had to do so congratulations champ.

    Hats off to Toopretty: you talked a lot of trash before the fight, but now you're giving respect like a man. You're a much better poster than I thought. :good

    I thought Taylor would outbox Froch in a close fight, but Froch ended up having more power than I thought he did and more stamina, and that was the key.

    fairplay. one of frochs biggest critics giving him respect. :good

    can't wait to see the fight tonight. slightly annoyed i couldn't hold on and avoid the result thought!

    ...granted, I might have been, when it came to Froch, the man, but when it came to Froch, the fighter, I like to think that I was always fair, objective and even positive...:think

    Anyway, I didn't start this thread to try and save face or "show class" or to rehabilitate myself in the eyes of anyone, but to celebrate a great comeback, a great victory and the arrival of a bona fide world-class fighter, and legit world champion in the division.:good

    Froch is very good for boxing right now.
