Funny. I'm sure Castillo won against Ngoudjo. Do 'many peoples eyes' over rule the facts these days?

And I'm sure Ngoudjo has gone on to rubber stamp that as a decent enough form line.

    'Horribly shot'?

You really have a penchant for exaggeration don't you?

ps don't put words in my mouth, I never said Hatton ruined him. Does your desperation to be right know no limits?

Makes sense to me wn the next 2 against Paulie and Pac and get out a rich man with good record.

Not really, I call it how I see it. Prime Castillo arguably beat Mayweather, exrtemely close at the very least. Yet we're supposed to believe that the one that never even got into a fight against Hatton, went life and death with Ngoudjo who is okay but not anything to worry a Castillo showing his past form, and can't even make weight is not shot?

He's ****ing shot to ****, its only a shame Hatton's nuts are distorting the view for you.

    OK, you win

Castillo did not repeat a career best performance therefore he was 'shot to ****'

Still, you've at least climbed down from 'horribly shot'

One day you may move on from 'in many peoples eyes' and actually start dealing in fact

    trotter you're talking bollocks.

the consensus view before the fight was that Castillo was shot.
the consensus view was that he lost to Ngoujou.

if you don't believe me then make a poll on it.

Tszyu had boxed very little in the 2 years before the Hatton fight and has not come close to fighting again. Those are facts.
Parris was a massive hometown ref, yet JonOli claims that's just me spinning :patsch .

No, hes still pretty much 'horribly shot'

Getting KO'd in 5 and generally doing **** against Hatton, barely beating an average opponent and not making weight numerous times. The last especially is a textbook symptom of being old and shot, but we can gloss over it if it helps you

When he consistently makes weight, and manages to get back into the 140 scene which isn't that strong, I'll apologise for my asessment. But right now, he has fallen an awfully long way from what would be considered a peak, or even slightly past peak level. Shot, by his standards.

The only fact there is that Hatton retired Tszyu. Sure Tszyu had come back from an injury layoff but he cleaned out Mitchell quicker than Floyd did a good few months later.

We can both spin. It's ridiculous. Fact is, the people who put their money where their mouths are (bookmakers) had Tszyu fairly hot favourite. As did most of the boxing world.

The rest of your post is conjecture and spin, in fact it's not even that good. It's direct contravention of fact. Castillo beat Ngoudjou (sp).

Who gives a ****? I'm not having a semantic debate with you any more, we both know the crux of the matter and it's not about Castillo not making weight in recent times.

Hatton is a world class operator, at his peak he was top 10 p4p in all unbiased lists, he won his first major strap against a legend at the weight, he is a dual weight champion, his only loss was to the best fighter of this era.

He is the most popular British fighter at the moment and for a oood while.

He went to America and chased his dream.

It may stick in your throat, it may nag at your insecurities, but that is all beyond dispute.

Your junk about hometown refs, cheating, shot fighters and all the rest of it is transparent bitterness.

Absolutely nothing to do with bitterness, I don't like him, but I don't like that **** Mayweather yet I never moved him from #1 when others were

I just genuinely don't rate him as a top 10 fighter, there are others more deserving with better recent resumes.

Son of a ***** is sneaking off to MSG and then fighting Pacman.

Will he stop at nothing to avoid the Hitter?
