Hatton and all this "look at me I'm normal" ****

Doesn't seem to me that Hatton is, in the least, desperate. Nor does he seem to be, IMO, trying to convice people that he's a regular guy.

He's already proven this. He IS a regular guy. He grew up in a PUB, FFS.

This is why he's got such appeal, IMO.

 

Mosley on 24/7 would be playing the family man role, with his attention-starved wife getting most of the screen time.

Then I would feel embarassed for Shane when the nation starts to question who is wearing who's pants in his household.

It be horrible.

 

Well it's 24/7, he kinda has to show what he does.

As long as they have a shower cam, it would be a good show.

 

Would Mosley come out with quotes like "Im my usual witty, sarcastic laugh-a-minute self"? Like Hatton did just yesterday?

Of course he wouldnt. Why? Cos Mosley truly is humble. Hatton is an arrogant gobshyte pretending to be humble. THATS the difference between Mosley & Hatton.

Humble guys dont tell the world that they are witty.

WHAT!!! Look Kelly Pavlik is one of fav. fighters right now. Hes down to earth guy....he doesnt TRY he just is a regular guy helping his community and just being himself and fighting fights we want to see.

Where as RIcky Hatton, keeps showing himself in a pub playing darts and keeps going on and on about how hes so modest. It all looks like an act to most people who can see through it.

But, unlike Joe Calazaghe, Hatton has my respect for fighting the best. Even Hatton said in the press. conf. that he could've fought out of his backyard all his career but he choose to fight the best. I think he was referring to Joe Calzaghe. Win or Lose Rickys a winner in my books.

no thats who he is, your only seeing it because of the build up and hype around this fight, he doesnt need to prove thats what he is like.

 

Hattons by no means perfect. He just comes across as a fair chap to that all.
