Ray is looking out for the health of his son. Imagine how it felt to see his son look like he got killed, lying motionless against paquaio. Im sure he doesnt want to ever go through that again
To be fair, to say it had anything to do with the comeback is just rampany speculation. It could have been anout anything
Ricky did want an easy opponent for his first comeback fight..... guess his dad could be an option, disadvantage is his dad knows his game inside out......
No mention of a fallout during the 3.5 years he's been away, and they have a physical altercation on the eve of his comeback announcement? I'd say it's a fairly safe bet what caused the disagreement.
Hattons dad was just trying to save his boy from a further beating/punishment. But Hatton is unrelenting,so he is going to get several more beatings inside the ring anyway.
It would look that way,but apparently they've been having a big dispute about readies,so it might not be as clear cut.
