Nice....i like how he is working on that parry shot for the right hand hook Floyd throws.....he blocks it with the left then throws a right....looks like good training but again....Floyd wont be in front of him like that.....at least i hope not because Rick got some pop to those punches.

Looks like Hatton is not even going to even try to box. That is good for him but Floyd is not going to come forward so he can plant and fire off those type of hard shots. It is hard to get a power shot on floyd unless you have great speed and timing. Thats why Hatton is going to be a bull early and Floyd will play the matador and mix it in and as Hatton waists a lot of energy trying to get inside and not get pot shotted to death on the outside Floyd will take it inside and take advantage of hatton dropping his guard.

17 seconds into that video, look at the face of the referee holding hatton's hand up...

That just isn't right, officials are always supposed to be impartial.

Very true. I don't see why people get all excited watching a fighter hit a bag. hatton's fans get excited eatching him hit the heavy bag and Mayweather's fans get excited watching him work the speed bag. None of that bag work will mean **** when they get intot he ring together.

Dont get me wrong, I am no fool. I know Hatton is great at what he does but like I always said his style is based on the other guy coming forward and playing ball with him. A fighter that fights of the backfoot with quickness kind of offsets everything Hatton wants to do. The Collazo fight showed me this. When Collazo was going head to head with ricky not wanting to be backed up by the smaller Hatton, the fight was give and take and about even with a slight edge to Collazo for landing cleaner shots. After about round 9 Collazo just started to actually box and take a step back make hatton miss and counter with ease and eventually damned near knocked hatton out and he is not even a puncher. Just like the Mcghee character was able to counter Hatton backing up off of the back foot. If you come forward on hatton and you dont have fast hands and sharp punches you are going to lose. Simple as that. Floyd does nothing to make Hatton have any advantage.

    Hatton bag training, eh?

so huggers are training on Hatton's satchel...

What kind of training? Are they tongueing it or coddling it?...perhaps Hatton is weaning them off his bag in preparation for the loss?

    Hatton bag training...lol
