I've never really bounced around in my weight very much. When basketball or football season was coming up, i might start training and lose or gain like 5 or MABYE 10 lbs...but the way these guys bounce around... ...has anyone ever done this and tried to perform athletics? How much does it effect them? surely most of hattons camp (at least, before he retired) had to be focused on just losing weight, which wouldnt leave much time or energy for anything else? i dont understand how world class athletes can lack so much discipline...
