he took mayweather because he knew he'd get paid a ****ing fortune and when he lost he could easily fall back on the 'oh but he's P4P #1' excuse. getting KTFO by witter is 10 times worse because witter is nothing in hatton and his fans eyes, that is why he will not take it.

hatton knew he couldn't beat mayweather. you could see it in his eyes, he was scared to death. he looked like a man on the gallows the night they got it on.

Who is this 2nd 'all-time great'? The shot Castillo who lost to every prime elite fighter he ever fought. Hatton's idiot fans are the worst of the worst.

bollocks, I think Ricky didnt have enough fear of mayweather. He didnt respect his power, expecting to be able to walk through everything Floyd threw. He threw caution to the wind and didnt show Floyd enough respect, and he payed for it.

He took the mayweather fight to try and be P4P number 1. He took the Kostya fight to prove the same. He's NOT a *****.

Getting knocked the **** out by Witter is unimaginable. Who's the best fighter Witter has KO'd? Vivian Harris? Guiseppe Lauri? Hatton's a much more dangerous propsect than anyone Witter has faced. He'd get splattered.

not to mention the 'I'm really a 140lb fighter' excuse he had tucked up his sleeve long before the fight.

Then pray tell sherlock why doesnt Hatton "splatter" him?
Do you remember when Lauri faced Hatton? Yeah Witter did it in a much more devasating fashion. But you wouldnt know that. Its clear your a "NEW" fan..

I do indeed, well there you go. You must be right.

Hatton knocks out Lauri in 5.
    Witter destroys him in 3.

Therefore Witter beats Hatton. Your a genius.

Or wide and sloppy power puncher who telgraphs a good number of his punches and has suspect stamina against a brutal body puncher with great stamina who likes to get inside and has the most trouble against a compact defence.....hmmmm....

In reality it could go either way, but Hatton has shown that genuine fearsome hand speed is his biggest weakness, Witter does not have that, he has decent enough speed but single big shots is what Tsyzu had and he negated that. Witter is very wide and open to the body and he tires usually by about round 7-8.

it was in the past. in his last 3 fights he has gassed badly. his lifestyle has caught up with him. the way he clung to urango for the last 6 and to collazo down the stretch was pathetic.

Only Hatton nuts think KT is an ATG. He was once a very good fighter (in an obscure, non-prestigious division) - he wasnt by the time he fought Lickle Wicky

exactly. KT was a very good fighter...but ATG? no.
He got knocked senseless by prime Vince Phillips, and in hindsight his win over Judah was not that special. Mitchell was never that good. Yes he had other good wins but overall ATG is really pushing it.The fact he was a 3/1 underdog going into the Judah fight gives you an idea how he was rated. No ATG would have been 3/1 going into that fight.

Another thing, fighting Mayweather is nothing to boast about if you got beaten down in devastating fashion, Floyd hasn't been knocking anyone out since he was a lightweight. Baldomir did better than Hatton. A part time boxer transvestite was more competitive with PBF than Hatton was.
