Unless he fights a total bum, he gets his ass kicked at 140 or 147.

I really doubt he will be back. If he's does. Fight khan and smash him in 5 and be done with it.

Hatton should retire before he fights a punisher and gets damaged for life. The fact is he was never an elite fighter and he made his career off beating a shot Koysta. I'd say he has done pretty well for himself and should count his money and head off.

    How is it stupid??????
ricky is 30 and has been struggling to make 140 for quite a while
this has weakend him again and again which will effect his punch resistance!!!!!
Ricky said himself he felt strong at 147 it didn't slow him down too much
against floyd it's just he was out off his league and got outclassed
    most people do off floyd.
and he wasn't great against collazo but he was strong took a beating and his chin stood up well!!!!!

ricky struggled to make 140 against lazcano and was wobbled twice
    in the fight.
his chin stood up against malignaggi but that doesn't count really.

Then PAC ......the proof is in the pudding he was BEEFED UP and CONFIDENT 7 days before the fight then at the way in once again he was skinny as a rake from losing weight
AND what happed 2nd round KO on a weak chinned hatton
PAC didnt even clip him that hard and he was down 3 times!!!!!

"IF" Ricky comes back he's not gonna face a bum for pennies
he will only come back for BIG MONEY FIGHTS
    AS I STATED BEFORE

Ricky at 147 at 30yrs old should be stronger and will still be able to have a Tear Up with NOT DAMAGING HIS HEALTH:deal

Hatton Should retire his achieved alot in the sport and has nothing left to achieve , His only 2 defeat's where against the best P4P fighter's on the planet , Hatton is well past his best and i agree with an early post there is a big ? about what his chin cant withstand now day's

on the other hand back in 2005 at 140 id have taken Hatton over Cotto and Marquez , Mayweather by UD with a un biased ref everytime ( Not Cortez) Mosley is to big and way to fast Hatton whould get stopped mid-late TKO , Pac versus a 2005 version of ricky is a much closer fight id say 60-40 in favour of Pac telling factore still being Pacman's speed
