he looked really bad on ringside yesterday as a few have mentioned.

Not only that he was overweight but he looks like he's aged 10 years and dosent look healthy at all, nelson, mcguigan and hell even jim watt looked in better shape than him. really dont think he should come back. promoting seems to suit him anyway.

that's why he his called vicky fatton. he is always fat but easily gets in shape when he has a fight.

this sounds way back in 2005-2007 when there were occasional threads of a hamed comeback.

Morales all day long. Ricky would be in a fight just to get back in shape, let alone actually fighting a legend, too.

Bad idea I think. He not been in the ring in over 2 years and when he was fighting regularly, he'd get so out of shape between fights it was ridiculous.

Like others have mentioned, he looks worn and woefully out of shape the last time I saw video of him.

He has nothing left to prove with his only 2 losses coming at the hands of future ATG Hall of Fame fighters. If his finances are secure, it is just an ego thing and I'd hate to see him fall into that trap.

He should come back but he should take a tuneup and see where he stands. Morales is not the guy he should come back to. He should come back to an ordinary fighter to see if he still has anything left and if he dominates the ordinary fighter then he should take on Morales.

Yeah hes out of shape but people act like he can't get in fighting shape again. He's not that old and he only lost to Mayweather and Paquiao, two of the best fighters to ever live.

I really hope not. I don't think he can acheive anything else and he'd likely lose to fighter he would have beaten a few years ago.

  11. he should come back. he wont be happy if he ends his career with a loss. at least 2 or 3 fights with lesser known opponents.

Hatton does not have a timeless style. He may be young enough to attempt a come back, but he won't survive in this sport for long.

    this...^

as much as i'd love to see him back in the ring, it would be a disaster. you can't stay away that long, and completely avoid staying in shape, and expect to be effective. unfortunately his time has passed...
