Just read the story, & deary me. Sounds like Ricky is in denial, & blaming others for your failures is a bad place to be! Ricky has to be honest with himself & admit that he was living the good life outside of the ring much like my hero Scotty Harrison, & it takes its toll.

Ricky in my mind has unfinished business, hes still young enough to come back & owes it to himself to stay away from the temptations & have one last crack, like Scotty harrison is doing. I hate to hear the guy talking like this cos he lost his two biggest fights, I always find in dark moments you should remind yourself what you have achieved in life, what you have got & think of how many people would swap places with you in a split second.

My advice to Ricky is this, accept you let yourself down with your lifestyle coupled with making a bad career decision going with Floyd snr, & instead of getting the carpet knife out, remember how lucky you are compared to most people in life(healthy, loving family, world champion, megarich & a forgiving wife) things could be a helluva lot worse!

Ricky really needs to put the carpet knife away & get himself clean, & as an older & wiser man get back in the ring & put the Pac defeat behind him, cos the Pac KO is clearly haunting him. Hatton needs to put a positive spin on his defeat & say "I got KO'd quick, but at least I had the balls to go toe-to-toe with Pac, how many other fighters have done that?
