Can't tell if you're being serious or not?

Croke Park is certainly one of the legendary stadiums of the World.

it means about 80,000 English have to cross the sea to a place we are not welcome.

I know some people that went to the Six Nations match there last year and they felt perfectly welcome.

it won't be in vega if they can get 120 000 into croker for next summer which they can,it is such an emotional stadium, what other stadium can boast the fact that one of it's stands was built out of the rubble of the 1916 easter rising,it holds so much historical and emotional significance than nearly any other stadium,it would be a truly magnificent arena for an amazing sporting event.

it is an awe striking beast of a place at night and would be filled with great supporters!

Hatton can fight Floyd anywhere, in front of 100% Floyd haters, with any ref, and three of Ricky's drinking buddies as judges and still gets knocked out.

Muhammad Ali fought in Croke Park back in the day. Dunno who it was against.

Good enough for Ali, good enough for Hatton

    Al 'blue' lewis.

It would be great to have the fight at croker. He would have both ireland and England behind him. You never know, it might sweep him to dizzying heights. There's no doubt he wasn't at his best in the last fight and hasn't been for a while.

    This could energise him again.

I must admit that Dublin is a much better night out than London!

I have been to a couple of Rugby League finals in London and done the stop over, but getting into bars is bloody ridiculous - and when you do, someone will bump into you on purpose just to start a rumble.

Compare that to Dublin - all you need is money in your pocket and you are laughing, no trouble and people are friendly, and actually have manners.

Perhaps they identify a bit more with us northerners.
