    Are you serious?

eh Mayweather had basically no fights at 140 so how can he be provenly better at the weight class. A better fighter, yes, a better 140 record, no.

Cotto was very good at 140 fair enough

Tyszu had good wins but Hatton beat him so what more can he do

Pac has never even fought at 140 so that's ludicrous

Judah does not have a better resume at 140 than Hatton, that's madness. Chicken dance anyone?

He would have been great if he had beaten Mayweather,
Having wins over Floyd, Castillo and Tyszu would make him great imo but he fell at the last hurdle.
Still time to beat Pacquiao and rematch Floyd but i think he's past his best now and his window of opportunity has gone

He's a limited fraud with no heart, no skills, no dedication, and a glass jaw.

he shames me with his lager lout behaviour and pug face, his performance against Mayweather was a sham, any top level fighter wouldn't have been knocked out in that manner, worse thing was, he won the first 5 rounds, and couldn't stay professional.

    Fraud.

If he is then he is a very stupid one. If Hatton was slated to fight my man I would be hyping him to the rafters to make any victory greater than it actually was, and any defeat less serious. Having said that sense and Pacfan are rarely mentioned in the same sentence.

My god what a tiresome anti Hatton/euro post this is.

How can he be overrated or overhyped when he is undefeated at 140. He's certainly one of the last decades best 5 Junior Welters.

Is he an ATG, well no but to be honest I never seen anyone say that about him.

It would seem to me that this posts only purpose is to denegrate his achievements, which are there to be seen by all.

As for the Collazo fight, well Im not sure how Hatton can be said to have lost this fight. It was a very close fight, Hatton got the decision end of story. I find it highly amusing that simply because Collazo had Hatton in trouble in the final round, that constitutes him clearlt winning the fight. He left it too late!!!

As for Lazcano, I agree Hatton got a bit of luck with the referee, but can anyone say with any modicom of certainty that this prevented Lazcano from winning? Obviously not, other than that I thought Hatton boxed well and got hit coming in. Nothing new there!!!!!!

He's had close to 50 fights and has only been defeated once. You go beyond hype at a certain point. I agree that he hasn't really beaten many big names when you think about it, but that Tsyzu win was quite a big fish of a win. Tsyzu was fresh off of stopping a prime Zab Judah in that fight and was strong in that fight, but Hatton fought a great inside fight. Think of Hatton like a Rocky Marciano. The quality of his opponents might be questionable, as well as his talent, but his willpower and ferocity is why he's so beloved by his fans.
