He made a pact with his family to get out at 30, meaning a max of 2 fights. He wants to go out on a win and I am thinking Pac. who would you want to see the Hitman fight?

hopkins made a pact aswell to be done by 40&look at him.personally id like to see him fight mallignaggi, torres, rees or witter because he beats them all.if he wanted to he could unify the whole division within 18months.

Paulie is a risky fight but maybe his best option. If he can stop Paulie then it would boost his reputation massively. Witter is not a career defining fight imo but it would be good to watch. I think Hatton has to forget Cotto and other WWs. A Pac matchup at 140 would be great tho!!

I'm still gutted about Hatton losing- when he nearly put Floyd on his ass in the 1st...damn

i think paulie is probably an easy fight for him, every fighter at LWW would be too easy for Hatton. I hope Ricky knocks seven shades of **** out of witter tho, he's the biggest overated chump ever!!

Looking at boxing rec and there is no one apart from Paulie at 140 (or Pac).

My crazy suggestion is to challenge Berto if he wins a title at WW.

Style wise Paulie and Witter is his toughest fights left in his career. I don't think it's a lock that he beats Paulie and Witter. This is why people thinks Hatton is over rated. Hatton is a good fighter but he is beatable and Paulie and Witter can beat him.

Boxers in their 20's always say they're going to retire at 30. Not many do.

Looking at it, Paulie is Hattons only option for credibility. Then he should retire win or lose

Hatton is no where near overated, he's a tremendouse boxer, maybe not ever going to be a p4p #1 but in my opinion is easily in the top ten. He got beaten by the best, and i dont think thats anything to be ashamed of. He can easily beat most of he junior welters and i hope he does in style.

  15. He said 2 or 3 fight's probaly because he was feeling the effects of the beatdown he suffererd last week:patsch seriously i doubt he will fight beyond 2010:-( once some fighter's make a lot of Money they lose their desire to go on, and Hatton is extremely wealthy after getting scrapped by Floyd, and his style of fighting and his love of booze, and gaining lots of weight between bouts, are the things that shorten careers..:yep
