All cells do that. When you over eat more fat cells don't get produced they just expand. They can expand as much as they need to. You only get extra fat cells produced if your weight starts to affect the cells in a very negitive mannor.

Muscle cells do it to. When you work muscles, more cells arn't produced they just expand, :)!

Ricky didnt baloon as much as he usually does before this fight. I bet he only went to 160-170lbs, he certainly didnt look 190 when he was on TV around the time he started training camp.

 I wouldn't consider that "the balooning catching up to him." More like Floyd Mayweather catching up to him.

Duran was a soda pop nut and Hatton loves beer, most fighters gain 20lbs before training in water weight but its not healthy to lose before every fight 40lbs,especially when your fighting weight is 147, that 35% too much to lose, fast

I did not think he was all that fat compared to him when he was in the corner of clinton woods before he fought urango.

You're way off there Caliboxing the highest he has ever been was about 180 but he has been much more active this year meaning that he hasn't been nearly that heavy.

In an interview he said he'll be 154 lbs. the night of the fight.

He was 160 lbs. against Collazo.
