I agree...the hate Hatton gets is bull****. He has his best performances in his career defining fights.

Trains hard, fights hard, has tons of class and none of it seems to have gone to his head.

**** 'em. They keep picking him to lose and he keeps on winning, he has now emphatically defeated Tszyu and Castillo which is impressive. They were picking Castillo and Tszyu to beat him and then the excuses start flying about how they're shot. Whatever makes them feel better

He clinches way too much dammit, who the hell wants to see this, unless you are a die hard fan of this guy or like man-on-man action then you'll like a Hatton fight

Clinching is a lot more acceptable than blatantly flagrant low blows.

    neither is acceptable

Hatton clinches everytime a punch lands on his face, or anytime he himself throws a combo, or just for the hell of it he hugs without throwing any punches.

Somehow Hatton and his traner found a loophole in boxing where one can clinch without being penalized. I used to be kind of a supporter of Ricky, but now its just too digusting to watch his fights because of all the fouls

This is only the 3rd or 4th Hatton fight I have seen---

Is he the 140 pound version of Ruiz?

Maybe he should change his nickname to Ricky "Huggy Bear" Hatton!!!!!!!

I agree though I think Cotto would wear his skin after the fight and walk down Manchester streets singing blue moon drunk off bacardi.
